Riding Solo In The Himalayas
Nubra Valley in Ladakh is famous for its sand dunes and double-humped camels. Nestled between tall mountains and shaped by the meandering Nubra River, it is a beautiful place to camp. I got to a nearby village after sunset, but a friendly man from Kolkata was kind enough to guide me to this campsite. He even made me a fantastic masala omelette for dinner.
