Gangotri in Uttarakhand is a breathtaking place. The transformation from the barren landscape of Ladakh and Spiti Valley to the step farms and tall pine forests of Uttarakhand is quite mesmerising. The roads here are excellent, and I enjoyed my ride alongside the roaring Ganga. The rain played hide-and-seek, which only added to the freshness of the atmosphere.
