It was a bright sunny morning when I was strolling in the Nandankanan botanical Garden Forest Area , Bhubaneswar , I was hearing woodpeckers pecking tree barks so I was in search of them but suddenly I saw a strange tree bark , After watching properly , I noticed it was one of my dream birds - a Nightjar . It was so beautifully camouflaged that no one would tell it's a bird not a part of the tree , It was neither making any sound nor making any movements , The only way to even know that it was alive was it's eyes . It's eyelids were opening and closing sometimes . I had an amazing experience that day because it was my first time watching a Nightjar bird that too in a sunny morning  .
